I received my MA in History from Western University in 2006 and my PhD in History from York University in 2013. I joined Laurier in 2014 as a Contract Teaching Faculty member and have taught in the departments of History, Youth and Children's Studies, and Kinesiology and Physical Education. I am also an occasional instructor in the Brantford Foundations program.
My research interests include Canadian rural and gender history, with a focus on food, agriculture, sport, and leisure.
