I completed a science policy fellowship at the Public Health Agency of Canada and hold a PhD (Public Health), an MPH, and a BSc (Biochemistry) from the University of Guelph. I also hold the Credentialed Evaluator designation and have consulted for government, research, and development organizations for more than 10 years, while also teaching courses in health evaluation.
