Biography

I earned my Ph.D. in Organization Studies and my M.A. in Sociology from the Carroll School of Management and the Department of Sociology at Boston College, respectively. Before joining Laurier, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Ivey Business School, Western University, where I was part of the Innovation North research team.
