Biography
I am a chartered accountant (CA) and certified professional accountant (CPA). I articled with BDO and then ran my own practice for ten years before commencing my PhD degree at the University of Waterloo. I have held previous academic positions at Brock University and Ryerson University and was a seminar leader for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario for 14 years.
My research interests include research on capital markets, share repurchases, international financial reporting standards, accounting education research and research based teaching cases.
