Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. Prior to joining Wilfrid Laurier University, I received my PhD from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where I also completed a SSHRC-funded postdoctoral fellowship.
My work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Social Issues and Policy Review, and has been featured in outlets such as the Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Washington Post, The Times, and Psychology Today.
