Biography
For over 20 years I had the pleasure of teaching with the Waterloo Region District School Board. I became an administrator with WRDSB and retired as a principal in 2023.
I joined the Laurier Faculty of Education in 2023 and have taught a variety of courses. I have a deep interest in equipping and inspiring teachers and in fostering positive classroom culture and engagement.
I received my Masters in Education in Teaching and Learning from Brock University in 2009. My research and thesis were focused on supporting new teachers. I completed a Bachelor of Education at York University in 1995. I received a Bachelor of Arts from WLU in 1994.
