Melise earned her Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and Master of Business Administration at York University's Schulich School of Business. Melise's research interests are focused on consumer behaviour, specifically in the area of evolving consumer megatrends and their influence on consumer choices, perceptions and behaviours.
Melise is a tenured business executive with a 20-plus year proven track record of success in Fortune 100 Global CPG companies including PepsiCo, General Mills and SC Johnson, where she held senior positions including chief commercial officer, vice-president of sales and marketing, and president.
Recognized as an advocate for education, Melise continues to serve the industry by cultivating the next generation of emergent business leaders in higher education.
